Hi, there time a precious. the first 30 min of you time in one day will be for planning. the next day start for the coming 21 days which will be a habit developing to a life style. see yourself as thin as want then work your program backwards to the stage where you are now. there you go.

Relax more. Sit down and close eyes 5 minutes every two hours. Being busy all day increases stress hormones, and stress hormones will keep you from loosing weight.
Additionally, healthy snacks and lunches: apples with almond butter, cellery sticks with peanut butter and raisins, 3 brasil nuts and a low fat latte with sweetener, carrot sticks and hummus, low fat smoothy with fresh fruits...
Drink 8 glasses of water every day, too.
Whenever you can, switch elevators etc with stairs. walk instead of taking the bus or tram.
