Wow do I love seeing the exercise posts and the encouragement. Have realized, in trying to work out at home, that it takes a little more room than I have available sometimes and I'm always hitting into something!
My daughter just took the extra bedroom set from upstairs so think I may have to move things around and see if I can make a workout room up there .. then we'll see how much the chandelier downstairs swings .. lolll

Thats crazy u know that seems to happen too! i got that yoga booty ballet yoga series didnt feel in in my rear but boy my abs were burning the next day!!! it was so wierd!! lol!!
I havent had babies but im still scared my stomach wont tone! first it was like all around now its just moved just to the middle lol!! but nothing on my sides now so i guess thats a start i hope so!!

Okay so I did most of it yesterday. There were a few I couldn't do because I have hardwood floors and I don't want to hurt myself.
I actually don't feel it in my abs (my abs are pretty strong but the skin is the problematic part because of having babies). But I feel it in my back muscles! Which is amazing because it's hard to get a good workout for your back.
Thats great! maybe we need to make a post for inches!! I C you did all of urs i just do the basic stomach hips and my arm, i should have done my thigh cus i know they have shrunk but i havent seen the lose in my hips!!

oh yes i agree and apparently the peeps on you tube do as well thats what they was complaining about!! Well im not really big chested but i got some serious hips and thighs on me lol!! i been having trouble shrinking that area! Some girl on the spark people was like oh i got 43 inch hips and im 179 lbs and i was like yeah welcome to the club i got 40 in hips to match my 129 lb frame lol!!
Man when i say it like i dont have to wonder why people stare at me!!
Oh but i did chk my measurements yesterday and im down to 38.5 now!! So i guess it working yeah!!
Yeah I agree a few of them looked to thin and a little manley - lost their femininity plus I have a huge chest - which is never going to shrink to what they have lol.
i ate ab work on the floor too it kills me bk! If you are watching you tube i think just the 1st and 2nd segment are standing the pics looked like 3 and 4 are on the floor but i didnt chk for sure!
Dont worry bout how those peeps look the lil girl in the front with them yellow shorts she is WAAAAY too skinny!! toned is nice but that girl i dunno know bout her!!
WOW I never saw these before just watched them - WOW - gonna hurt but Im gonna give it a go I hate doing AB work on the floor.
The only thing didn't like is his videos are full of VERY fit, VERY tonned and it is a litle off putting - I like to see varying degrees of fitness on a video so I don't feel quite so inadequate lol.
lol thats cool!! oh i dont do the whole thing i usually do the tae bo as a warm up so i just do 1 maybe 2 segments each one on you tube is 10 mins long!! Let me know how it goes!! i was burning after that and then that dude wants you to hold ur leg up haha lol!!

That one seriously kicks my butt. I can't even finish the entire thing and I feel like Jell-O afterwards. I should break it out and do it today. I'm letting my lunch digest a little bit first, though. Will update on how it goes this time around! Maybe I'll be able to do most of it now that I have more endurance, stamina and strength.
