Also, try and eat protein or fiber - this will help you to feel full. Eat slowly so your brain can catch up to your tummy to tell you that you are full.
after dinner until you go to sleep drink green tea instead of eating, it will stop your hunger and flush your system out which helps you lose weight. do not add sugar, and check label if you are buying bottled green tea. if possible buy loose leaf or tea bags.
it can take awhile for your taste buds to enjoy the taste of green tea, if you really don't like it then try a strawberry or peach green tea
