Everything is just peachy, now that I'm back online. Had a bit of a problem accessing my medhelp and tried to contact  someone about it but that didn't go so well. Finally, I'm back and hope there won't be anymore problems.  I'm exercising and counting calories, but for some reason, I have not lost much. Only 1 lb. since the last challenge. My doctor told me to stop watching the scale everyday and maybe just weigh in at the end of the week. He thinks that';s why I'm so down on myself and expect too much on a daily bases. So maybe  I'll try that. I'm just not use to this diet thing since I was always so skinny up until 3 yrs ago. My normal weight was always between 105 and 110 lbs. Hard to believe but it's true. That's what burns me the most.

Today was good did my 8 mins ab workout 10 mins wii boxing! I did manage to get to the store today so i got some much choices to eat fruit cups and low cal snacks so yeah much better!

Bet-Dont get too hard on urself i was the same i was 98lbs all in high school and 110 when i met my dh! 4yrs later im almost 140!! Im doing the same counting calories and excercising so lets not get too down and keep moving forward!!
