Green tea is said to boost fat burn; it's never done anything for me, but maybe I didn't drink enough. I don't think the brand matters.
If it helps, which brand of Green tea would help loosing weight.
Will Green tea helps loosing weight?
You may be eating too many calories each day, or the wrong types of calories. If you eat a lot of sugary they will tend to break down quickly, and if not used right away will be stored as fat. Or possibly you need to change up your exercise program, increase intensity, etc.
I have not been able to lose weight despite exercising everyday
I've never been able to do a lot of exercising right after a meal because of acid reflux, but I don't think it really matters a lot, when you get the exercise, as long as you get it.
When I working full time, I could only do my walking/yoga after work (evening); now that I'm retired, I prefer to do it first thing in the morning, because I live in a very warm climate, so waiting till later in the day, when it's warmest, can actually be dangerous for my health.
Suggest a small protein packed snack (cheese, yogurt, etc) prior to exercise. Since exercise speeds up the metabolism, best not to eat directly after, so the body will continue to use fat stores for energy vs the food you just consumed.
Yes. Yoga and walking the best. If you can suggest when the walking is the best means is it something that after having food or before having food. Please suggest.
The key to losing weight, is to make sure you take in less calories than you expend every day.
Also, always be sure that you don't have any underlying medical issues that could cause weight gain and/or prevent weight loss. Those would include hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and PCOS.
Walking is great exercise; you have to make sure you're going at a moderate pace, since simply "strolling" along doesn't use many calories. Yoga is also great.
Its very difficult to lose wieght when we are in 30's and also after having babies.
Thanks! lonesamurai and shyaminise.

Hi,
I would look at diet to help lose weight and exercise to help tone your body. I recommend to others to get their weight under control before trying much more than walking so as to not stress your knees. Control your diet and as your weight drop slowly increase your physical activity. Remember to get a good overall work out as that will help overall toning and as your metabolic rate rises it will also help with losing weight.
Good luck.
