I suffer from these cravings also, but I find the advice to keep yourself busy very handy.one advice, dont eat anything...I mean anything in front of tv , pc. Im here for you also.i suffer from same thing, oh...and to treat yourself time to time with small portions of these foods otherwise when you see them, you will eat all of them.
you love them otherwise you wouldnt crave for them, so dont totally deny it.
I do have a small pack of crisp time to time, abit of choclate, it wouldnt be the end of the world and you wouldnt feel so denied of it.
Dont buy any of them and keep them in your house------)temptation
one more thing I must add, the wonder fruit for me.grapes
they contain natural sugars, they are juicy and crisp.give it a go instead of sweets. I prefer the black ones, b6t everyone is different.

I think the reason for the cravings is it is like withdraw. I go thru that every time and it is discouraging . I have found you just have to fight thru it. But if you can substitute things...loke fruit for candy...you might find it easier. Plus...eat frequently so you don't get hungry. And don't avoid food...if you want something, have it in moderation. Then you dont feel deprived. :-)
