You shouldn't be trying to lose weight, if you are 5/9" and only 130 lbs.
Here's a bit of height/weight chart I copied for you to see:
Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame
5'9" 129-142 139-153 149-170
As you can see, you're already borderline underweight, if you have a small frame, and severely underweight if you have a large frame.
Chocolate is actually good for you; opt for the dark chocolate, rather than milk chocolate, which is full of sugar. When you eat a piece of chocolate, sit down and concentrate on it, really savor it... that should satisfy you, so you won't go overboard.
Don't lose any weight.
