Hi! I'm 17 years old and currently trying to get abs in order to have a flat belly. It will help me since i'm studying dance, but no matter how hard i try, i can not get fat out of my abs. Any idea of strong exercises to improve it? Thanks a lot ♡
Abs are mostly about nutrition drink water to clean insides you should drink half your body weight in ounces so i weight 106 pounds I'd drink about 53 oz of water ant eat veggies and fruits to help metabolism burn of the belly fat try to do excises that greatly work you core area running also helps burn fat just be patient and true to yourself maybe find a work out buddy and do somthing active that you enjoy practice your favorite sport dance anything that gets your heart rate up good luck and have fun :)
