i need to find a weight loss program.....helppppp!!!!

hey, am 16 and lyk all the weight loss programs are for 18 year olds..... I am 5 11 i think basicali about 1.81m and I weigh 134 pounds.....but its not my weight that is the problem its just how I look, I am a size 12 and I want to go one size down, I just think I look big and my family think I should do something about it to. I want to lose my arms, my thigs, a bit off ma hips, and a bit off my tummy as well.... i have no ides what to do am panickin......help meeeee!!!!!!!

Have you found some specific exercises?  What about pilates?  Low impact but sculps the body and builds core.

Hey thats actually a agreat idea but unfortunately I cant ride a bike. Might you have any other suggestions.

Perhaps you might want to do some strength training to help you with your goals.  We'd love to have you join us for support and friendship.  Leaner proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat dairy should also help.  Very best wishes .. Ranae

I think you shud atart of by eating 3 small meals and 3 snakcs and exercising. Losing weight is a pateince game and it takes time. You sound like a determined person so let's do this together!

What I found to work "FAST" is bike riding.  I started eating chicken, lean meats and fish. Lots of vegetables and salads and cut out white bread. I started riding my bike on a nearby trail for 6-12 miles at least 4-5 times a week. Drink PLENTY of water and in 3 weeks I was getting compliments. My upper body, arms and everywhere started slimming down. SO, throw a little exercise in your daily activities and make strawberries your after school snack! Good luck!
