Gearing up for the CHALLANGE

So theres a few things we all can do to get ready for this challange.

Start with a few streaching excersises every day before your workout

stay hydrated drink plenty of water through out the day

Dont over work yourself with excersising

get plenty of sleep 8 hours is recomended

if ive forgotten anything and you feel it can help us all please feel free to add it to the list thank you everyone for the motivation and support

i have a  ab lounge i think i will start doing it tomorrow also try to stop drinking cokes and try not to eat anything after 7:00 pm  and go outside and walk around im really going to try this hope it helps!

How about cleaning out those cupboard and getting stocked up with healthy food

and

Making those lists of benefits we give ourself from changing our eating habits ... like living longer!
