I'm very sorry about your brother. That has to be very difficult for you.
I don't know any way to lose that much weight in such a short time. You'd really have to make drastic changes to your lifestyle and adhere to a very strict regimen and most people are unable to do that.
It's always best to make small changes that you can stick with, than trying to change your entire lifestyle all at once.
There are things you can do that will really give your weight loss a boost, such as drinking water instead of sodas, cutting portion sizes, eating whole grains instead of processes foods, etc. Eat lots of protein and veggies, switch to low/no fat dairy, etc.
