hi everybody, i just got this app and i have a question. i am 13 i stand 6'0 tall and i weigh 140.8 pounds. i wanna get my weight down around 90 or 100 but ideally 90. i dont have a time limit or nothing. so my question is how many calories should i be consuming for every meal? i was blessed with a bird stomach which means i dont have to eat alot to be full. (once i even went a whole school week without eating and i didnt even get hungry at all :D) but in the end it didnt really work cause metabolism and your body eating itself to gain MORE weight and whatever, dumb idea anyhow. so yeah you cant change the calorie goals on here and im already way over for today so how much should i eat per meal? and what kind of foods?
