You're not eating nearly enough calories and your body appears to be conserving the fat you have, since you're not providing enough food for it. If you continue long enough, you will eventually, lose weight, however, you will lose muscle, not fat and you will not be healthy.
You must calculate your calorie needs, based on your current age, weight and height and provide your body with enough nutritious food to be healthy.
Try the atkins diet, maybe it'll work for you
Well, you've done well if you've lost 4 kg since August 10...Perhaps you're eating the wrong types of foods or you need to get a bit more exercise.
