SUNDAY MORNING WEIGH IN CHAT - AUG. 23/09

This is the second thread regarding our weekly weigh ins.  Please be sure you complete the "SUNDAY WEIGH IN" and YOUR WEIGHT TRACKER.

In this thread, we can all share how our week has gone and discuss things that worked and our successes .. as well as those we had difficulty or struggled with.

Would truly like to hear if you're using your food tracker and what your initial thoughts are.

This can be a powerful post to all of us!  Let's all work to support each other and learn to enjoy this amazing journey we're on!

Haven't been to the gym all week due to the chaos at my house.  I haven't used the food tracker either.  I guess I'm running on stress.  I've been snacking a lot but watching portions.  Last night I ate a twinkie (Mother in law bought them).  They are not as good as I remember.
Tonight I'm taking the kids to a free concert in the park.  I will pack dinner instead of buying.  I will dance my butt off with the kids.  Down 3.4lbs only God knows how.

As always Trudie your in my prayers.  Thank you for the kind supportive word over this stressful week.

I've still been on the emotional eating due to my nerves over my health issues but still managed to lose .8 of a lb.  I have been successful in changing the fat content of my diet and for this past week lowered it to 22% of my intake.  Previously it was around 35%.
