I eat right, I consume the right amount of calories and take vitimans. I go for runs every day and work out to a dvd for 45min every day or every second day.. I am stuck at 165lbs.... I dont know what else to do.. I have 30lbs on me and I want it off.. has anyone had the same problem.... and how did u fix it?... I am doing everything right.. and have been for months on end.. and I havent lost a pound and yes I know muscle weighs more then fat but I havent lost any fat and I need too!!!!!!!!!

No problem. If you need anything even if it's just an ear let me know.
P.S. checked out your pictures & you kids are tooooo cute.
Just remeber your body made that little guy so don't give yourself too hard of a time over the pounds your trying to lose.

Not to be too personal but are you still lactating.  I had a hard time losing with my 2nd child.  Still working on it (5 years later LOL).  I could only get too a certain point until about 18 months after he was born.  I think my body's hormones finally settled & when I stopped lactating my body let go of some of the weight.  They say it takes a women 1 year for the body to recover & 5 years to get back all the nutrients lost during pregnacy & nursing. Your body may still be trying to get back what it lost.   Keep eating right & building the lean muscle & the fat will come off.

The exercise tracker & food tracker really help.
