I also have a Wii Fit and love it........ Works great, though I have not been using it much lately. Also walking is one of the best exercises you can get so go for a good long walk, take the dog along, if you have one and pick up the pace a bit - good for you both.. Aim for 10,000 steps/day. Wear a pedometer to keep track.
Mow the lawn, weed the garden - the list goes on and on.....and on......and on.......lol
ive brought a wii fit. exercise without thinking about it. will let you know if it works.
REALLY clean your house and put all your energy into it. Eat spicy food. Park far away and walk as much as you can. Take the stairs. I've heard that exercising in the morning burns more than in the evening. Join exercise classes. Or, the most fun one is regular sex - burns lots of calories :)
