Ladies, Pull Me Back On The Wagon!!!

Hey ladies! I have completely fallen off the wagon! I need to get back on! I did my Wii Fit today and felt so great!!! I calculated it up, and if I lose 5 lbs a month, I will be at a healthy weight before trying to concieve my next baby in Feb 2010! I am at 195 right now, and a healthy weight for me is 140! I am going to do a combination of running and curcuit training 4 days a week while I am in Columbus and then using the Wii Fit on the three days that I work 10 hrs! I am really excited to get back on the wagon and start looking and feeling MUCH better about myself! However, after I get skinny, I probably wont want to get pregnant and gain weight again lol jk! Anyways, this would also put me 35 lbs lighter at my wedding! Keep your fingers crossed for me ladies! I have not been on the forum for a long time so what kind of challenges/weigh ins are going on?? Let me know, because I am getting back on track! Also, for those that don't know, I started graduate school 4 weeks ago! Working on my Masters in Forensic Psychology! Busy Busy Busy!

Hello Ms Cheyenne!  ***warm welcoming hugggsss***

So glad to hear your cheery *voice* :-)   Be sure to give yourself some well deserved credit for coming back to the WL&D community for there is much support here to help us.

As for the emotional eating .. will ask you to do some *homework* where that is involved.  Any time you are eating emotionally, just jot down your feelings and keep track of them.  It is the first step in how to learn to deal with them.  Once you've done this for a time, you will see a pattern.  Certain emotions will repeat themselves and call for food.

Then .. come back to the group and let us know and we'll help you devise a rescue plan or two to help you through.  Now .. it's not an overnight cure but .. if you commit to work on it in this manner .. you will learn some new ways to handle your emotions.  The times inbetween will become farther apart .. and that's how you start to take control over it.

As our little miss Twehner said .. stay as active as you can and by all means let us know when you need help as well as letting us celebrate your successes.  We're here for you and YOU CAN DO THIS My Dear!!!

(((((HUGGGSSSSSS))))) and best wishes ..

Cheyenne, good to see you back.  You can totally do that by Feb of next year.  Five pounds/month is a very healthy goal!

Come on, keep up that gusto I hear in you!!!  I DID remember that you moved recently and that you were starting school.  How is it going?

You have to make up your mind RIGHT NOW that exercising and eating right does NOT depend on how you feel!  Feelings are faulty.  What you are going to do is a commitment -  it is NOT a feeling.  THE FEELING COMES WHEN YOU ARE AT YOUR GOAL WEIGHT!

So, welcome back!  And keep reading and responding to posts and stay as active as you can on here with school and stuff.
