On monday, I weighed myself, and I weighed 119 pounds. Today, I weighed myself, and I now weigh 117.5 pounds. I have not changed my eating habits, nor have I changed my exercise regime. I mean, I am trying to lose weight, but still. I haven't actually DONE anything to try to lose weight. Is it normal to lose 1.5 pounds in the course of 4 days? It's kinda wierd.
Any feedback you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
