I would start off with walking and some heavy stretching for a few days step it up by adding some easy cardio like jogging in place and jumping jacks for 60 to 90 seconds. After I did that for a few days I pushed myself harder and longer each day. I personally got bored, but it helped so that my body wasn't sore. I stepped it up two weeks ago to the dance central Xbox 360 kinect games. I do 5 songs in the morning and 8 songs at night. It makes working out fun. And I feel sexy doing it. :) and keep the qquestions coming. If I can help you I will. But remember I'm still losing myself. I'm only down 33.8lbs currently and I started this December 23 2014 and I was 297lbs and I'm 5'6. I highly recommend the 3 day military diet. I'm on day 3 and I've lost nearly 7lbs in about 72 hours, but my 3rd day isn't over yet. The official end of the 3 day diet is tomorrow morning. Its tough but totally worth it. :)

I do the serving size on the label on the back. Like cottage cheese is usually 100 calories per 4oz which is 1/2 cup.I use Google a lot. Like if you were to type into Google how many cups is 4oz it would say .5 cups which is 1/2 cup. Its a lot of work but once you find your motivation, the right foods you like, get a routine, and figure the whole portions thing out its easy and the hardwork starts to become rewarding. Also I'm doing this new thing called the 3 day military diet. You follow a strick diet for 3 days and in the 4th day eat normal but you gotta stay below 1800 calories watch the carb intake. The diet promises up to 10lbs loss in 3 days. I'm on day 2 and I've lost 4.7lbs and 2 inches in my waist. But I also exercise in the morning for 30 minutes and in the evening for 45. Good luck. Find what works for you. Cause I've tried it all even diet pill. Nothing worked until the low carb high protein. I would get some off then stop and start putting it back on. Not this. Its constant results. :)

Cottage cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, tuna, I eat alot of vegetables. My favorites are avocado and broccoli. For snacks I do fruits, nuts, or pork rinds. Pork rinds are high in protein, low in fat, low in carbs, low in sugars, and low in calories. Crab, shrimp, and chicken are meats I eat. I stay away from red meats and most all dairy.

Low carb high protein diet. No more than 1600 calorie intake. At least 30 minutes a day of exercise 5 or more days a week. And water lots and lots and lot of water. And sleep. A good nights rest and reducing your stress. I'm currently down 27lbs since I started this on December 23rd.

Good job, but don't try to lose it too fast, or make too many changes, or you might not be able to stick to them.

Do it for you babies, but do it for yourself, mostly, so you will be able to have fun watching your babies grow up to happy healthy adults.

When I started this 14 days ago I was 297lbs and today I'm 288lbs. You're right, I have to find what motivates me. And I think I just did. My babies. They deserve a fit, healthy, active mommy. Its hard some days, but I will reach my goal, and then I can say "I did it" :)

You have to have faith in yourself and believe you can accomplish your goals.

The biggest problem people have with weight loss programs is trying to make too many drastic changes that they can't maintain, all at once, and it becomes overwhelming.  Don't try to change your entire life all at once... make one small change and practice on that change until it's no longer difficult for you to maintain, then pick another thing to change.

For instance, if you drink sodas, switch to water as your beverage of choice - make that your one change and concentrate on that one change until you don't even think about drinking soda, then move on to practicing portion control.  When you have that down pat, move on to eliminating other foods that are bad for you...

Take baby steps and get used to each change before you make another.

As long as you know you can do it, it doesn't matter what others think.  We're here to help you along the way...

I focus on me. So when the day come thar I'm finally at my goal weight.  I'll be able to say "screw you!" To all that have doubted me. So everyone I workout, u have that in my mind for motivation. But it may not be for you, everyone has there one thing that just keeps them going. Good luck!  I wish you the best, and hope you find the right motivation.
