I gave up on my diet. I gained 2 pounds instead of losing any. I was to frustrated and gave up. I didnt want to, but gaining weight really made me mad.
I have been on ww for 2wks tomorrow, and not eating all the junk has been the hardest thing for me so i totaley understand...but it is worth it...i lost 7 lb the first wk and onley 2 this week but i can tell a little dif in my body and that makes it all worth it...just rember u can eat the stuff u like but in modration...i havent tryed my junk food becuse i dont trust my self...just stick with it and things will get easer..........valerie

Make changes you can live with. Please do try to include all your basic food groups, every day, every meal. If you make it a habit to do so, you won't find yourself starving.
