I just asked if your breakfast was healthy Annie!!! lol
I am glad to hear your eye is getting better Barb. Congrats on the weight loss too!!
I am down not quite a pound this week. Have eaten rather badly too. Goes with my attitude. I will get back on track 100% here real soon. I have to be up in a few hours and have only yawned once tonight! Not looking real promising for a good nights sleep but am going to try and lay down and shut off my brain. ugghhh
Hm. I'm almost afraid to get on the scale, especially after my resolve last week. My husband was working in Colorado, and flew in last night (supposed to get in at 9pm, flight was delayed -- they even had to find a new plane -- got in at midnight. Due to the cosmic sense of humor of his fun-loving clients, he had to fly out again at 9 am today, to Minneapolis. This was our Father's Day, basically from 7 am to 7:30 am.)
Yesterday our son and I had big ideas of a fancy breakfast for Daddy, since we were only going to see him an hour on Father's Day. So we shopped and got gifts, flowers, cards, something called European Cut bacon (among other sins). This morning at 6 am I started. Set up the flowers and gifts, and made my husband potatoes (slices crisped off in butter), eggs, toast, the bacon, applesauce and juice, and he himself made the coffee. And I ate some of it with him (oh dear!), especially since our son crapped out on waking up to be with Daddy on Father's Day. [He's 11, he was up past midnight, he gets a bye. Though it was kind of peculiar to be the sole representative of Father's Day for a guy not my dad, it would have been worse to have him sit there and eat all by himself, and for heavens' sake I am awfully glad he is our son's dad. He is a good man and a good dad.]
Anyway, debating on whether to weigh now or just a little later in the day, after that breakfast.
