So 'officially' I was up 7.4lbs this Sunday - last sunday I was 182.4lbs - this Sunday I was 189.8lbs, today (Tuesday) I am 185.2lbs
I ate bad on holiday but not enough for that kind of fat gain so a lot must have been fluid - which is why 4.8lb has come back off in 2 days. (1 day of being sensible and 1 day back on the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet) -
My goal this week is to get below 178lbs then I will be at my lowest weight in 12 years... a HUGE milestone for me :)
oohhh yes I plattaued for 4 weeks stuck between 190 and 190.4lbs whatever I did it wouldnt move - Fat Loss For Idiots moved it for me - I lost 7.4lbs in 11 days on it - I tehn had 10 days off the diet on holiday and put most of it back on - but after jsut 1 day back on it I have dropped 4.8lbs again.....

I'm up one pound, which is usually what happens over the weekend. I usually lose the weekend weight by Tuesday. Am kind of discouraged though, as I've been gaining and losing the same pound all month, despite kicking up my exercise a notch. Wondering if the problem is water retention, as I've been drinking a lot of water due to the extra hot weather we've been having.
I've already lost 25 pounds since the end of January......need to lose at least 50 more. Giving up is not an option as my continued good health depends on my continuing to lose weight.
Any good suggestions on how to break a weight plateau? The same thing happened to me last month, my total lost for the month of June was a measly 2 pounds.
I have been out of town since July 14 and just got back this evening. I didn't weight this morning and I will on my own scale in the morning. I can tell you right now, it won't be pretty. I didn't exercise as much as I am used to due to the heat wave. I did do tons of walking, just not as much as I am used to doing.
Oh well, it is what it is and I have my work cut out for me. I will report in the morning.
I've done really good on this cycle of my program. I've lost 10.8 lbs this cycle...for a total of 16 lbs since the end of June.
I'm happy and am feeling so much better physically. I had been pretty ill since the start of 2011, so it's good to feel good again.
bebe....remember my first 3 "free day weekend" I gained 7.6 lbs, but I ate stuff I shouldn't have in amounts I shouldn't have.
I'm on my last day of my "free day weekend" and when I weighed in this morning I hadn't gained anything. I didn't want to spend half of cycle 3 taking off what I gained by pigging out on these 3 days off.
I haven't been drinking enough water this weekend, but am working on keeping up with the 84.5 fl oz of water daily...on or off.

Well I gained 4.2 lbs I was on my 3 day free weekend on the FL4I diet I hate that I had gained but I just started a new cycle so I wonder where I will be next Sunday
Well once again didnt do very well I am up 3lbs, but that was from yesterday thought I ate ok but had a little more bread then normal so I think its from that, but at the same time not sure whats going on w/me my tummy has been feeling huge even though I havent really gained that much, still been working out not as much since I hurt my shoulder but still been doing some so I am happy w/that, well heres to another week,
