I can identify with you on the cruise issue........ you might want to grab a copy of Dr Beckerman's book, The Flex Diet - has some awesome ideas, but doesn't require anything drastic. I'm trying to implement some of them.
krysie -- you're doing a great job; keep up the good work. It doesn't matter which day you post your results for the week - whatever day works best for you.
hey, i know i havent been around lately, i have had alot go on, including running for president of a club, and a death in the family, not to mention i have spring midterms. but i have been doing better on what i am eatting, staying in my cal range. my diabetes is doing good too. i got the wii fit and i have been doing boxing on there along with other things. and i have finally broken my plato and i way 214.7! I am so excited. if its okay with you guys i will post on mondays because i work all day on sundays.
This is hard. Back where I started. We are planning a cruise vacation in the summer; i MUST try on some vacation clothing from 3 yrs ago .. they MUST fit LOL .. if not, I'm in big trouble ha ha ha -- maybe that's the incentive I need?

Sounds like your body has become used to your routine. Maybe you need to change up your routine a bit? Try eating a couple hundred calories more one day, then drop to a couple hundred calories less, the next. Same with exercise - change it around, walk further, do something different.
The girl at work, that you referred to, may be thin and pretty, but chances are, she has issues to deal with as well, which could be even worse than yours.
Don't give up; you can do this.

Well I am not doing so well I am up 1.8 and no clue why I have been staying w/in my cal's and doing a min of 2 miles every day, at this point I just want to give up but not going 2 going 2 keep pushing and just hope but my hopes for looking great in my dress is no longer here, so now I guess I will just start looking for a new dress.
So tired of this battle some times it just doesnt seem worth it I know its a life long prob I am going 2 have but then I look at others like this one girl at work that eats what she wants is lazy doesnt do any work outs but yet stays thin and pretty. I just some times dont understand why it is we all cant be like that.
