Dark chocolate is very good for you, but of course, you have to be careful not to overdo it and make sure that it is at least 60% cocao - 75% is better, but gets sort of bitter.
There are other things that are also very good for you that are on that diet, like nuts, olives/olive oil, avocado (the "good fats").
What she said she especially likes about it is she gets to eat dark chocolate every day, lol.
Wow...I just looked it up, and if Slimfast doesn't work for me (starting Monday) then I'm gonna try this one I think...sounds interesting.

I've had 3 doctors recommend the Mediterranean diet. It's based on lots of fruits, veggies, good fats (monounsaturated).
I haven't tried it, but like most of us, I'm sure I'd benefit from it.
