If anyone is interested, we still have a challenge going... it's kind of an "ongoing" challenge that anyone is invited to join any time. The basic goal of the challenge is to lose 1 lb/week, which is the safe weight loss goal.
I post a weigh in thread on Sunday morning so we can all report how we did over the past week, what's going on in our lives that might affect weight loss/gain, etc.

Yes please. Im only starting today but feeling quite motivated at the moment. I have quite a bit to lose so at the moment im aiming for a mini goal if 50lb by august for my nieces wedding. Thanks for this little extra help. Xx

Thank you for your interest in this group :) Baby weight is one of the hardest weights to lose (I know from experience! lol) but it is POSSIBLE, you just need to stay positive and have willpower! I myself love to munch on sugary carbs and I find it takes so much willpower and positivity to keep myself on track. You will have my full support and the support of other group members on your weightloss journey!

I'd be happy to help give you support on your weightloss journey and once the group gets more members i'm sure you will get more support from them as well! :) I know exactly how hard it is to lose weight and how emotionally, mentally and physically challenging it can be for one to succeed in doing so. Sounds a good idea :) im 22 and would like to lose 30lbs which I put on with my 3month old baby. I'm not to good with this diet sort of thing lol but I will try :)

My name is Julie, i'm french (sorry for the mistakes i might make) and i'm 22 yrs old.
I would like to loose 83 lbs but i have always lacked the motivation to do so. I'm lazy and i like to eat so it doesn't help. Being in that kind of group might help me a lot if you're here to support me (and vice versa) and push me a bit when i need it. This application is quite impressive but i could easily disregard it.
So from now on i will count on you ;)
