Weekly Weightloss Challenge Group

Hi,

My name is Bailey, i'm 24 yrs old and I have a 17mth old daughter. During my pregnancy I gained a whopping 63lbs and I have 58lbs left to lose so I can reach my 73lb weightloss goal and I would LOVE to get a group together so we can help push each other to reach our goals! :)

I have made a group called "Weekly Weightloss Challenge" and am in need of members! If you would like to join a group that helps you push yourself to reach your goals then this group is for you! We will have weekly weight-ins and you will post the amount you have lost that week on the "wall" by 9pm Sunday, the following Monday I will post who the weekly "Star Loser!" was :) This challenge gives you the push you will need to reach your weightloss goals and is fun at the same time! Joining a group like this will help you gain friends that have the same goals as you do and give you the support you need in the hard journey you have ahead!

If anyone is interested, we still have a challenge going... it's kind of an "ongoing" challenge that anyone is invited to join any time.   The basic goal of the challenge is to lose 1 lb/week, which is the safe weight loss goal.

I post a weigh in thread on Sunday morning so we can all report how we did over the past week, what's going on in our lives that might affect weight loss/gain, etc.

Along with the Sunday weigh in, we used to have challenges; I can start those again, too, if people are interested.

Seems like a few of us need this to stay motivated....... we can do this.

Yes please. Im only starting today but feeling quite motivated at the moment. I have quite a bit to lose so at the moment im aiming for a mini goal if 50lb by august for my nieces wedding. Thanks for this little extra help. Xx

Hi Happy Mommy!

Thank you for your interest in this group :) Baby weight is one of the hardest weights to lose (I know from experience! lol) but it is POSSIBLE, you just need to stay positive and have willpower! I myself love to munch on sugary carbs and I find it takes so much willpower and positivity to keep myself on track. You will have my full support and the support of other group members on your weightloss journey!

As I told Julie above, when we reach 4 members I will begin the Weekly Weightloss Challenge and then the fun can begin! :)

Thank you for being interested in this group! I'd be happy to help give you support on your weightloss journey and once the group gets more members i'm sure you will get more support from them as well! :) I know exactly how hard it is to lose weight and how emotionally, mentally and physically challenging it can be for one to succeed in doing so. This group should give you the push you need to reach your goals, I'll be posting tips on how to keep yourself motivated so that you can do your best to reach your goals :) Once we reach 4 members I will begin the Weekly Weightloss Challenge and the fun can begin! :)

Sounds a good idea :) im 22 and would like to lose 30lbs which I put on with my 3month old baby. I'm not to good with this diet sort of thing lol but I will try :)

My name is Julie, i'm french (sorry for the mistakes i might make) and i'm 22 yrs old.
I would like to loose 83 lbs but i have always lacked the motivation to do so. I'm lazy and i like to eat so it doesn't help. Being in that kind of group might help me a lot if you're here to support me (and vice versa) and push me a bit when i need it. This application is quite impressive but i could easily disregard it.
So from now on i will count on you ;)
