Yes. The fluctuations depend on your food intake, water intake, bowel movements and what you do during a day, and what you wear (jeans are damn heavy!) This is the reason why it is recommended that if you weigh yourself regularly, do it at the same time, the same way etc. For example, only monday morning, after first bathroom visit, after shower, before breakfast, no shoes.
Yes, this is normal. Weight can fluctuate quite a bit, depending on when you ate, went to the bathroom, exercised, etc in relation to getting on the scale.
Mine fluctuates wildly, as well, because I retain a lot of fluid.
