Weight loss

Hello guys, am really struggling with my weight and eating habits.Struggling with sugar and bread. I can't stop them. Please help... I really need to loose weight.

I find that when I crave chocolate or something sweet the best thing for me to do, rather than eating a family bar/bag of sweets I will cut up an apple or a banana and other fruits and have it with a tiny bit of toffee sauce or melted chocolate. It kicks my craving and isn't any where near as bad as my binging habits. Some people say to just wait it out and it will go away but sometimes you just can't. As for bread, you don't have to give it up! I switched from white bread to 50/50 and then to brown, then whole grain and gradually reduced how much I eat. Weight loss is more about patience than anything to me, whenever I try and reduce all at once I just crash and burn and end up back where I started so I ween myself off it - which really helps me. actually, most of our problem are just because of our bad habits, no one has forced you to eat junks, sugar or other stuff like that but still, you are eating.
okay, now if you have really decided to lost weight just say "yes I can do it" and you are half done. people will share their experiences over this forum and I'll do the same. I use beyond weight management tea for my weight loss and found it really good. Why don't you find something for yourself

Hi.
I think the key is not going to extreme all at once. That's when you start hating it, quoting it and many times ending up weighting more than when you started. What has worked for me recently is drinking 64 oz or more water each day, 20 grams of fiber or 5 servings of fruits and veggies, and limiting added sugar to 25 grams each day. And replaced all white four foods for whole wheat instead. These were some good guidelines I implemented easily and then I went more strict w the sugar and started counting calories w the app. But work at your own pace and you won't be losing weight all at first but you'll notice you'll be feeling better and more energetic and you won't have the cravings.
