What can I do?

I am 18 years old, 5'5" and about 135-140 lbs.
I was 115 lbs. in my freshman year of high school and I would do anything to get close the that weight again. I have a big chest and I don't want to lose it. My problem area is my stomach and my brain. No matter how hard I try to eat healthy, I get the worst cravings for bad food. I think I have an oral fixation.
In my high school we were required to have P.E. for 45 minutes every day, but it never helped me to lose weight. My senior year of H.S. I ate healthy but I still didn't lose any weight.
The only time I ever did lose weight was when I stopped eating all together.
What can I do to lose weight from my stomach?

I was in the hospital last july because of sudden illness, and i lost a lot of wieght by eating the small portions of food they gave me and it was quite satisfying, it was kinda like weight watchers portions,  1/2 cup a broth 1/2 cup of fruit 1/2 cup of vegtables 1 cup milk or juice and the meal, the thing is i ate all of this and didnt have room for the meal, which would have  been something like 3 0z of meat a cup of rice, potatoe or pasta. Now if i could only get backto that it would be great.

I have been making a lot of changes lately. No soda, wheat bread not white, trying hard with healthy snacks like apples...etc.
I even started doing a little Pilates video I found on YouTube and I am going to buy rollerblades for this summer.
Thank you for the help!

Jakesbride110 gave you some good advice.  And, there are many good programs out there, even the one I use.  I use a total body cleanse system with the side benefits of weight loss...no, it isn't a colon cleanse.

But, you still have to learn how to make healthier choices and make this a lifestyle change.  I'm not saying you can't ever have the bad stuff. But you do have to get it in your mind that you want to change.
Here's a quote:  "Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep getting what you're getting".
So, change what you're eating. Start a little at a time.  For instance, if you're drinking soda's, change to water with lemon in it.  Then a few days later, if you're eating white bread, change to wheat.  Small steps will yield you big rewards if you keep at it.

Much success to you!!

It's bad to go long periods of time without eating. You need to eat every two to three hours. Not alot! Once you get in the habit of eating something good but little every two to three hours you metabolism will pick up which will help you to lost weight. You can also take Cinch to help. It's all natural, and the company has been on major shows lately like Oprah, Rachael Ray, and many others. Look around on this site and do your own research. Click on the Real Reasons tab, and the Real Science tab to get some more informative information. Like many on medhelp know I use to be over weight myself. It's hard to lose weight, but very possible. I know you can do it, don't get down about it. Believe in your self, it's possible. I did it... So can you! Let me know if you need anything, support, advice, whatever. Here is the site. =)

First of all, unless your big chest is hereditary usually the first place that you lose the weight is in your boobs, second, not eating at all is great for temporary weightloss, but unless you want to ruin your body with annorexia or bulemia its not good in the long run. One of the best ways to lose weight is full body conditioning, running is great because it works your legs, stomache, lower back, butt and arms (if you run normally and use your arms). To lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume, this doesn't mean sit on your butt all day and just not eat a thing, like I said, thats unhealthy. If you are financially able, join a weightloss group like weight watchers which helps with long term weight loss goals and eating healthier. Then join a gym, if you can get a few session with a personal trainer to get a couple of different workouts that you can do by yourself PROPERLY. Weight training is important to weight loss because for every 1 pound of muscle you have you burn 50 calories, therefor the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Learning the right way to lift though, is key in this, thats where training comes in. Also, talk to your doctor about what is a healthy weight to be at, at 5'5" 130 is not heavy (unless there's no muscle). Getting the proper nutrition and the right amount of excersize will be so beneficial to you.
