I would love to buddy up, I started on saturday the 18th, i have been really really strict and going to the gym.. I have tried all sorts of diets which have not worked for me and have been going to the gym for approx a month and not lost a pound.. i started this three days ago and have lost 5lb already.. i am so chuffed!! I was 18stone 2 to start with (14lbs per stone) i am now 17st 11lb.. amazing how 5lb can make me feel so much better not physically so much as mentally.
