Hi.. I think that would be enough to loose some weight. I also eat around 1200 cal. and exercise 20-30min daily. I've lost a few lbs. in 3 weeks.
I probably should add that I'm 5'0 and 148lbs... I gained alot of weight during my pregnancy, due to a low energy level caused by anemia.
It's been 3 months since labor and I feel as if I'm not losing any weight.
2 years ago I had a bad eating disorder, and weighed 89lbs.
I feel like a good weight for me would be around 105...
Am I doing enough to reach this goal withing a reasonable amount of time?
Having all of this extra weight on me is really negatively affecting my psyche.
