Help

I am 36 years old and have quit smoking and weight 200 pounds. Not comfortable with my self at all..... What so I need to do when I just feel my body being hungry all the time

I do take my lunches. But what is handy is when we stop to break and I use the restroom I walk inside and see the food. I tell myself that it is ok to get a lil something.
I do good somedays with staying with what I pack for lunch but somedays I totally crash on staying strong cuz I don't seeing any results on what I'm doing anyway

You're right, junk food at gas stations is WAY too handy.  Try taking your food with you to work and carry snacks such as cheese sticks, carrot/celery sticks, apples, etc. If you HAVE to buy something at the gas station, make it a low fat milk or bottle of water.

Thank you for your help. Food has always been a struggle for me. I enjoy it way to much the junk food that is.
My job we stop. At a lot of gas stations and man the junk food is so handy for me.
