There are a wide variety of things you can have for breakfast. It's true that eggs are excellent; an omelette with lots of veggies is great. So is oatmeal, or a whole grain cereal. Toast made with whole grain bread with peanut butter, fruit, yogurt.
Actually, you can eat anything you'd like for breakfast - doesn't have to be "breakfast food". Any healthy food is great.

I found out it is very good to have a cold glass of water every day you wake up (great for metabolism). I would suggest eating fruits in the moring is very good and refreshing. Eggs are one of the perfect things to eat for breakfast. It is a true fact that eggs will fill you up a lot more than heavy carb breakfast(s).
