In a weight loss plan, you have to set a realistic goal. And 5 kgs in a week seems too much for a goal in just 1 week. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Emphasize lean protein, veggies, low-fat dairy, whole grains and fruit. Incorporate cardio exercise combined with strength training and healthy eating toachieve a more toned body.

I agree with Barb. 5kgs in a week is too much and is unhealthy. It is best to have the weight loss gradually so you can give time for your body to adjust.

For food, stay away from processed food and too much red meat.Eat healthy by substituting meat with fresh fruits and veggies.

Also, do not go on starvation diet. Not only is it bad for your health but it is also bad for your weight loss as that will cause for your metabolism to slow down.

Remember to eat on time, but be mindful of the portion. And drink lots and lots of water.

Should you need anything to help boost your metabolism while helping you curb your appetite, try liproxenol. It made my weight loss a lot easier.

5 kg is too much to lose in one week.  Safe weight loss is about 1 kg/week.  You can stop eating junk food and drinking sodas to get a good start on your weight loss and lose what you can by eating healthy and exercising, then continue losing after the first week is over.
