Birth control pills can cause weight gain.  You should talk to your parents about getting a different type of birth control.

Because your body is not fully developed, you need to have your parents and your doctor help you with weight loss in order to make sure that your are losing weight safely and that you don't have any underlying medical problems that may be causing weight gain or preventing weight loss

It is important to make sure that this journey is followed up with medical appointments.

Find out your grandparents and parents medical history.  You are looking for illnesses that can affect you.   You also need not to get on FAB diets. Do it right, good eating and exercise.

Remember that sometime personal emotional problems create eating disorders.
It is your life and you need to be positive and own it.

You need to sleep, drink water and avoid sodas, fast food and everything you know is not good for you.  Understand that it is not a to do list that needs to be given to you.  You have to take responsibility too.

The doctor will indicate to you based on height, weight, and present medical conditions how much you should be eating.  Don't cheat, no pills, no powders and make this a life style change.  You are too young to be dealing with this issue.  If it is hormonal for instance then the doctor will address it and you do as he tells you.  But if you are overweight because you are just eating a lot we can help you.

I will be more then happy to share my meal tips with you but you must begin as follows with the exercise.  No you don't need a gym just yet.   begin to walk 15 in the morning and 15 min in the evening.  that is it.  for 1 month.  Drink 4-5 bottles of water a day and cut out fast food, eating late at night and junk food.
that is it for now.  Write me in a month and we will do this together OK.  Use your Food Journal to log everything you eat, don't lie you will hurt yourself only.  Remember you are too young to have this weight and yes it will come off but it's going to take work.....

I wish you the best...
