not many indian food included in the list

As usual ...like I see in many health related  apps .. the indian food verity is bare miniumum ! I think food from all regions showed be inclused in detail ., well tats how this aap becomes more widely used .

You can add foods you eat on a regular basis, to your list under the "My Food" section.

I am not quite sure what app and what you are saying, but yes, many discussions of health and diet are fairly WASP-o-centric ("WASP" = white angle-Saxon protestant). And while some ethnic foods in this country might not often make a list of healthy foods (what many Americans confuse for Mexican food is anything with a ton of cheese on it),  certainly a lot of Indian cuisine is extremely healthy!  Lots of vegetarian options, lots of great spices, and the regular use of curcumin  (turmeric) which is considered to be a potentially powerful "superfood" against cancer and inflammation.
