Perhaps get your friends involved in the gym with you....maybe you'll meet some people when your at the gym who are interested in the same healthy goal as you. My suggestion would be to find people supporting your goals....5 days a week at the gym is something you should be seriously proud of with support you would be at your goals :)
I know how difficult it is to control once cravings. Sometimes all the hard effort to exercise everyday, goes down the drain with just one splurging to unhealthy food. If you need something to keep your craving at bay, try liproxenol. I've tried it and it has been very effective. I've been recommending it to friends since then. Sorry to rave. :)
