Seems that is an area of our bodies that many of us can relate to. Squats, lunges and step ups are great compound moves that help firm up our bottoms and works more muscle groups. Other excellent exercises include hiking, biking, running, kick boxing and walking. It takes a combination of cardio and strength training to help us.

I have similar trouble. My upper body is small and my lower body is larger.
I have found that riding my bike really helps, also tae bo, pailates. These are all great.
Just remember to once in a while do something for your upper body too so that you keep strength up there too.
You will do great. : O )
