tiny waist and big butt = I HATE IT!

okai so i have a big butt and a tiny waist a huge hips and i would say big thigh's for my body, Just wondering what i can do to shape it down so it looks normal with my waist size! What are the types of food i should avoid eating as i have a weirdly big belly which is a turn off. I've tried the both nivea's cellulite gell ( both green and blue) and i dont really see a difference! I must admit i dont eat healthy. Lost of chips and fries and grains( rice, pasta, bread).

any tipson how to lose QUICK:
belly fat,
hips,
leggs( inner thighs and my leggs in general)
arm flubber ( hardly any but still)
back fat!

   Pineapples can burn fats! :D get some fresh pineapples not those with preservatives.... And drink plenty of water but avoid drinking cold water/beverages, it's ok to drink cold beverages, though...But not always :)

THANK YOU SO MUCH! and yes i went adn bought baby carrots and a bunch of fruits to snakk off on.. adn searching up meals that contain 400 callories per meal.. but yes i need to avoid sitting alot.. i think thats why my butts getting wider and wider!

Hi :)
   We have the same body... I got also a big butt and I really wanted it to make it a little bit to balance for my waist... Sitting often can make your butt or hips more bigger, so avoid always sitting :) and you don't have to restrain from eating... Just balance your eating habit and all you need is EXERCISE :) believe me you can get what you need! .... Search in youtube, exercise for butt by modernmom :) you can do that only for 5mins. a day! or if you want you can make it 10mins. as long as you can feel that your waist, hips, or even your butt can feel a little pain from the exercise... when you fell a some pain then it's the sign that it is working! :) so good luck!^^

Thank you! yes im planing on changing my lifestyle by eating healthy food! i dont know if it helps but i cut down on meat! chips and just plain junky food!

The best advice I can give is the fact that you're not going to be able to spot reduce fat. If you diet and exercise you should lose weight but it is as nature calls as to where you're actually going to lose it.

In regards to diet, there is information all over the internet. However, ideally you should make sure that you don't start following a fad diet, but instead change your whole lifestyle by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly.

no i dont want to completely lose it, i actually like the shape of my body except the weirdly excess  fat! Thanks for your advise,

can you tell me what are some of the what i should be eating for
breakfast , lunch and dinner?

what i meant was my belly from the front is weird big ( i even have those lines that divide my belly) feels and my waist trust me its small, i wear Small sized t-shirts but when it come down and near ontop of my bum my the bottom os my small t'shirt does not fit.. get what i mean! and yes i believe have a pear shaped body but i really want to smoothen everything out!

You wanna lose something that many guys want in a woman.
I can understand you wanna maybe wanna be tighter or just a little slim..

eat right. work out daily.. for thighs and legs do the stair machine and squats, this will make the booty tighter and give it a lift. kind of like a j lo type lift. and walk/run daily you'll be fine..

How can you have a "tiny waist" and a "weirdly big belly" at the same time? It's the same area!
Apart from that, you can't just spot-reduce certain parts of your body. You need to lose weight overall through healthy dieting and exercise, and then the areas you store your fat will decrease in size accordingly. If your butt/thighs are larger than your upper body, it sounds like you are just naturally pear-shaped. It's healthier for your internal organs to be this shape anyway, and there's not a lot you can do about changing it, so learn to love your curves or dress to emphasize your best bits!

well you need to stop eating thats not good for your body do some squats..and try to stay away from fried foods for awhile...try to bake or boil chicken or fish..thats all I lost 80lbs doing this ok..
