Extremely Sore Boule Movements

Please offer advice, I have about 2-3 BM's per day.  I am an extremely active tennis player and very much into bodybuilding so I eat very healthy foods; I eat 5-6 times per day at the same time every day +/- 30 minutes.  I have been told I have had fishers before but havent had any problems in a year or so.  Over the past three days my movements have been extremely painful and very thin (ribbon like); but alot of it.  The color is normal howevcer the water is bloody afterwards, and the pain is extrusiating.  I hae to strain beyond belief to get it out.  Is this perhaps something that will pass?  Today I am going to take in only liquids and some metemucil to see if that helps.  Please help.
Thanks..James

Sounds like you have hemmroids.  To help you be a little less constipated, taking metamucil would be a good start.  You might also want to take a couple Colace per day.  This is a stool softner that you can get over the counter.  Also try to increase your water intake.  If things don't get better in a few days, I highly recommend you see a colon rectal specialist, especially since you've been told in the past that you have fissures.  Best of luck to you.

You are quite welcome.  I've had lots of experience with this.  I've gone through 4 surgeries to try and fix my problems.  I've had problems ranging from Perianal Cyst to Hemmroidectomy.  So if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
