took 13 tablets at once please help

Please Help, I have taken 9 (600mg) tablets and 3 (400mg) tablets of ibopufen at ones on empty stomach. Then through up twice after that, two hours later experience stomach pain, please what damage could i have caused and what should i do its been like 6 hours since the incident?

I would say rush to the ER. Meanwhile take sips of cold milk, antacid gel, and an acid reducing medication like ranitidine. Drink plenty of water to help flush out the drugs after you have been to the ER. It is important to show to a doctor as you may be given activated charcoal and other medications to absorb and flush out the excess drug.

The pain may just be due to acidity, however, the pain can also be due to mild perforation in the stomach caused by excess acid. So, while you may respond to the above tips, it is very important to seek medical help immediately. Good Luck and take care!
