Is there anything we can do to prolong her life?

My 9 year old pug has lost lots of weight and refused to eat. We brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with end stage renal failure. She was given IV fluid for 3 days. After that, her crea was 6.66 and SGPT 4.09. She was set home by the vet, telling us there is no hope for her. Can we still do anything to prolong her life? Give her medicine or supplements? Her dog food is acana grass-fed lamb. Is this good for her?

Oh, I'm so sorry to read this.  It's been a few days.  How is your dog doing?  Miracles can happen.  I hope your pup is okay.  hugs
