4 Month Puppy hasn`t ate in 2 Days?

My puppy who is a male hasn't ate since Saturday, and now that is Sunday I am worried, because he hasn't ate.
He's been Drinking a  lot of water , and vomiting, and doesn't want to walk, and my farther wont waste a penny on him. Please can you give me some advice on how can I convince my farther or how to help my puppy
Also the reason why he won't give a penny on him because he  said is my responsibility, and said since is not his not his dog.

Yes, your puppy sounds very sick and needs to be seen by aVet.  See if your Dad will pay for it and you can do extra chores to pay him back.  If you cannot afford to take care of a puppy, this may not be the best time for you to own a dog but it dies need Vet care!

Tell your Dad that if he takes it to the vet, it will be your Xmas present., he won't have to buy you anything else  Your puppy sounds very sick, and needs help fast
