8 Month old Puppy

Hey Everyone its been a while since i been on here. I have a concern,  i got a puppy back on fathers day that is now 8 months old. She is a blue nose pitbull 75 |bs and an absolute doll. My concern is about a month ago she was rough housing with my other 2 dogs and yelped. I went over to her and was like ahhh Nala whats wrong.... Blah blah blah, i called the vet they said she prolly just stepped funny. Anyways a month later im really concerned, She  hasn't limped onthat leg but she limps on the other 3, depending on the day she will limp on her front right, back right, and back left 0r a|| 0f them. It looks like she is highly uncomfortable, but i called the vet and they said, since you babied her she is prolly trying to get more attention. I can see that but at the same time i can't sometimes she cant jump up on the couch. Anyways any other idea's?  I am thinking ab0ut taking her t0 a vet that kn0ws ab0ut j0ints and getting xrays but its g0nna be 400+
Any advice would be good advice, sorry for the crazy spelliong my laptop keyboard doesnt work all the time.

Hi!

I doubt she is just trying to get attention.  APBT's are so stoic and have such a high pain tolerance that if she is limping and having trouble jumping she is probably in a great deal of pain.

I don't know what is going on, you will have to get a complete vet checkup.  It may be some sort of autoimmune disorder, one of mine had this.  She had joint pain and eventual disfiguration in several leg joints (kind of like RA in humans).  She was treated and eventually did go into remission.  A breeder friend of mine said that pits are usually very healthy, however, if they do have problems, it often is the autoimmune system.

Good luck and please let us know what the vet says!

You need to take her to your vet and have him see her and evaluate her. There is no way for someone to tell you over the phone what is going on with her, especially after this period of time.
