Cushings disease symptoms in my dog - help!

My 11 yr old toy fox terrier was in excellent heaalth last yr when she started losing hair around her eyes then went totally bald on her face. The vet said it was seasonal allergies, prescribed prednisone but this did not help at all. I switched her to a grain free diet P. 6 months later her fur started growing back in sparsely and a different color pattern but her eyes had a green slimy discharge constantly and she had a terrible odor about her like musty dead fish. Took her to the vet again and he said she was going blind and had ulcerated corneas. The eye drops did not help and now she is 80% blind. Still the green discharge in her eyes. She’s always had a ravenous bottomless pit appetite and has always been a big drinker but still maintains her svelte 10 lb figure. Prob drinks 4 bowls of water a day and pees and poops ALOT. Now her fur is falling out on her back and sides and her legs are almost bald. She doesn’t seem to be in pain but sleeps a lot (which she always has even brefore this). After reading up on the internet I am thinking she must have Cushings. No one has mentioned hair loss, the eye discharge or the terrible odor. Are these alL symptoms of Cushings also? I’m hesitant of having vet test her because everytime I bring her in his diagnosis/treatment hasn’t helped, I’ve walked away w huge vet bills and he never mentioned Cushings. But the appetite and thirst is spot on for Cushings. I cannot afford the medication and testing that I am reading about here either and have always been a homeopathic treatment type anyway. Just wondering if the hairloss, bad smell and eye discharge are part of the disease? Does this sound like Cushings to you?
