Dog and constipation

Hello my dog has severe constipation. As a puppy she went to the bathroom to much and now she can hardly go at all. We have taken her to the vet and her blood work came back normal. We have been giving her probiotics and switched her diet several times. Nothing seems to be working. I am wondering if she has a problem digesting foods because she has an excess amount of gas in her stomach? Also laxatives just make her feel worse. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Hi. Please explain exactly what you are feeding on a daily basis, whether any medications and supplements are being given (including the type of probiotic), her age and breed and whether any other illnesses are known. What laxatives have you tried?
