JUST WANTED TO FILL YOU ALL IN ON MY NEIBORS
DOG,
I CALLED ANIMAL RESCUE TODAY, HE SAID HE WOULD
CHECK THINGS OUT AND CALL ME BACK, THAT WAS A
HOUR AGO. HE ASK ME IF THERE WAS ANY CHANGES,
I SAID NO. HE SAYS THE INVESTAGATION TAKES WEEKS.
MY POOR FRIEND IS OUT IN THE RAIN RITE NOW.
HE WAS OUT UNTIL 10 PM THE OTHER NITE,
IN THE PITCH DARK, ALL ALONE.
I WILL KEEP U UP DATED AS SOON AS I HERE
SOMETHING. THANKS AGAIN.

Take photos to submit as proof of abuse. It wouldn't hurt to make your local newspaper aware of this issue as well. Since nobody from rescue organizations to law enforcement is willing to do their jobs, that angle makes a decent story with the poor dog in the middle of their incompetence.
