You need to speak to your vet. It could be that the dose is too high for him, and needs adjusting. Poor dog...I hope he will be feeling better soon and able to keep food down.
Is he keeping fluids down? If not, that is very important. He can't go on like that for more than -say -half a day, without becoming dehydrated -especially if he's been vomiting and has diarrhea. If the vomiting and diarrhea doesn't go away he will get seriously dehydrated very quickly.
If he doesn't keep fluids down he will need fluids by IV as soon as possible.
Try an unflavoured electrolyte drink such as Pedialyte if you have it/. Otherwise in an emergency, water in which a little bit of honey or maple syrup has been dissolved and a tiny pinch of salt. Then let him have that only in very small doses, see it stays down before giving him more, but see if he will keep enough fluid down.
If he will, then keep giving him the fluid until hopefully you get to the vet within a short time.
But converting it's far not out of the query. If he is from a safe haven, they'll additionally forget about to tell dog obedience training tips you that he has a transient call assigned to him with the useful resource of body of workers.
