I'm sorry, I am really not sure.
But I apologize if I am wrong here, but if you are in a position where you COULD POSSIBLY have contracted Rabies, it's not such a good idea to be on this forum, asking about this and that, trying to second-guess whether your risks are high/low/non-existent/etc.....the best place to be -by far -is receiving the Rabies Vaccine at the doctor's! As soon as you can.
And if you have any questions I am sure the doctor will advise you.
I hope everything will be just fine
Thanks, do you know, in how much time, rabies virus died in a glass of water?
I'm afraid I don't know enough about the effects of the vaccine. Of course a side effect is possible, as with all vaccines (usually flu-like feelings or similar which pass quickly) But I think you need to discuss this with your doctor.
As for it causing any harm....all vaccines put extra strain on the immune system, again, in a healthy person, this passes quite quickly. And besides, it would be preferable to contracting Rabies, that is for certain.
Thank you sir, I decide to take non-bite rabies exposure injections. Please tell, in case I am not infected, whether rabies vaccine can cause any Harm or side effect.
I am not a rabies expert. We do not even have cases of rabies where I live. But I can tell you that it might be wise to go to the doctor and ask for a course of Rabies vaccination as soon as possible. It may be that you will have been at no risk....but it is better to be safe than sorry.
Rabies is transmitted by the saliva and/or a bite from the infected animal. So if you have reason to believe an infected animal drank from the water you drank from also, there could be some risk. If it was fast-running water, it probably would be OK, but if it was from standing water, or a water dish, that would be different.
Thank you sir.
To "rabies experts", please answer, it is humble request.
