Hello,
You posted your question to the vet on the wrong page. Just click on one of the links posted above, and you will get through to the Ask A Vet page. You will get an answer, but it may be a few hours before you do. If you feel your dog needs the vet urgently, don't wait for an answer, just go.
I am almost sure this may not mean having to have your dog put to sleep. There may still be something that can be done for him.
If you are not happy with your vet's diagnosis, do try a second opinion with a completely different vet.

A few weeks a go my dog leelo started bagging in to things and falling over
i brought him to the vet and he said that he had a inner ear infection he put him on antibiotics and steroids he got a bit better. and after that he got bad again he got a twisted neck and couldn't move much so i brought him to the vet again and he said the same thing again and put him on the same meds as he thought he just wasn't on them long enough he got a bit better again. but now he is really bad he cant move well at all cant stand he trys and just falls over he dose try to look at you when you talk to him but cant stay that way for long he wags his tail and can eat he has been going to the toilet on himself as he cant stand up im worried about bringing him to the vet again as he might try put him to sleep he dose not seem to be in any pain can you help im not sure what to do now
