Kidney failure

My yorkie was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and been out on meds but then he stopped eating and we took him back to the vet. After 3days at the vet they said he got kidney problems and he was put on drip. After 5 days he returned home with Renal kibbles. Iam struggling to get him to eat it and he ate nothing today! My heart is broken I rescued him in November 2015 and now everything is going wrong. We do not know his age but he has no teeth. What is my options? Please I need to spend a little bit more time with him!

I am so sorry to read this.  Tony started a great thread addressing these issues.  If you click on Groups, over to the right, you will see Chonic Kidney Failure in dogs.  There is a wealth of information there.  Best of luck.
